To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for the extension or renewal of certain reasonable cost reimbursement contracts under the Medicare program through 2020.
Protect Medicare for Seniors Act of 2018
This bill allows certain Medicare reasonable-cost-reimbursement contracts to be extended or renewed until 2020 (rather than 2018, as under current law).
