To amend the Public Health Service Act to clarify the intent of the 340B program and provide for enhanced 340B program integrity, and for other purposes.
Stretching Entity Resources for Vulnerable Communities Act or the SERV Communities Act
This bill makes a series of changes to the 340B drug pricing program (i.e., a program that allows entities to receive covered outpatient drugs at reduced prices from manufacturers), including alterations relating to program integrity, discrimination against participating entities, and program eligibility.
