Stop Counterfeit Drugs by Regulating and Enhancing Enforcement Now Act or the SCREEN Act
This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to expand the authority of the Food and Drug Administration to prohibit the importation of certain drugs or destroy illegally imported or hazardous drugs.
