Presidential Appointment of FISA Court Judges Act
This bill revises procedures for appointing judges to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC).
Currently, the Chief Justice of the United States appoints judges to the FISC. This bill requires FISC judges to be appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
