To amend the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to require the specialty crops committee to make an additional recommendation regarding agricultural technology, and for other purposes.

This bill amends the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 to require the Department of Agriculture Specialty Crops Committee to include in its annual report recommendations regarding research, extension, and teaching programs designed to improve competitiveness in the specialty crop industry by increasing the use of agricultural technology, including sensor and imaging technology.
