To prohibit the use of Federal funds to implement the policy changes in the notices terminating temporary status for natives of Nicaragua, Haiti, and El Salvador, and for other purposes.
Fair TPS Act
This bill prohibits funds or resources from being used to implement any of the policy changes set forth in specified notices terminating temporary protected status for individuals from Nicaragua (effective January 5, 2019), Haiti (effective July 22, 2019), and El Salvador (effective September 9, 2019).
