To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for a Patient and State Stability Fund.
Premium Relief Act of 2017
This bill establishes and provides funding for the Patient and State Stability Fund. The fund shall be used to support specified state efforts to increase access to health-insurance coverage and help stabilize the individual market.
