To amend title 18, United States Code, to make certain changes to the reporting requirement of certain service providers regarding child sexual exploitation visual depictions, and for other purposes.
CyberTipline Modernization Act of 2017
This bill revises reporting requirements for electronic communication service providers and remote computing service providers who report information to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on crimes involving the sexual exploitation of children.
