To provide for the sunset of rules one year after the date on which they are finalized, and for other purposes.
Ensuring Regulations are Successful or Ended Act of 2017 or the ERASE Act of 2017
This bill terminates a federal rule one year after it is finalized unless Congress enacts a joint resolution that provides for the continuance of the rule, or the rule is finalized before the enactment of this bill.
