To provide for an extension for community health centers, and for other purposes.
Community Coordination And Resource Empowerment Act or the Community CARE Act
This bill amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to extend funding through FY2019 for community health centers. Health centers that serve medically underserved populations may receive supplemental grant funds to increase access to primary care services.
