To require the Commissioner of Social Security to make publicly available online tools to allow individuals eligible for disability benefits to assess the impact of earnings on the individual's eligibility for, and amount of, benefits received through Federal and State benefit programs.
Social Security Online Tools Innovation Act
This bill requires the Social Security Administration to make available, within two years, online tools that allow individuals who are eligible for disability benefits under the Social Security Act to assess the impact of earnings on their eligibility for federal and state benefits.
