Taxpayer-Funded Pension Disclosure Act
This bill deems the pension record of an annuitant under the Civil Service Retirement System or the Federal Employees Retirement System a record for purposes of the disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and requires its disclosure. A pension record does not include information regarding a medical condition of the annuitant or any information identifying a designated beneficiary.Introduced in House
