No Fly for Terrorists Act
This bill amends federal transportation provisions and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 to prohibit Department of Homeland Security personnel from prohibiting a citizen or permanent resident of the United States from boarding a flight or a cruise ship as a passenger based on his or her inclusion on any no fly list, no transport list, automatic selectee list, consolidated and integrated terrorist watchlist, or other similar list maintained by the government unless the individual has been convicted of a federal crime of terrorism.
