To amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to the revocation or suspension of drivers' licenses of individuals convicted of drug offenses, and for other purposes.
Better Drive Act
This bill repeals provisions requiring the Department of Transportation to withhold a certain amount of a state's apportionment of federal-aid highway funds if the state fails to enact and enforce a law that requires the revocation or suspension of drivers' licenses of individuals convicted of drug offenses.
