To require each Federal agency to review rules made after the enactment of the Congressional Review Act to ensure that all such rules were made in compliance with the Act, and for other purposes.
Require CRA Compliance Act of 2017
This bill requires each federal agency to submit to Congress a list of any rules for which the agency did not comply with requirements under the Congressional Review Act to report on the issuance of such rules to the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the Government Accountability Office.
