Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of the Interior relating to "Eastern Interior Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement".

This joint resolution nullifies the rule submitted by the Department of the Interior relating to the management plan prepared by the Bureau of Land Management for the Eastern Interior Planning Area in Alaska, entitled the "Eastern Interior Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement," published on July 29, 2016.
