Congratulates the Girl Scouts of the United States of America and Girl Scout Gold Award recipients everywhere on the centennial of the Girl Scout Gold Award.
Recognizes: (1) the impact recipients of such Award have had on the lives of individuals in the United States and on the world, and (2) the lasting impact of the projects of Award recipients on their communities.
