Expresses support for the mission and goals of 2015 National Crime Victims' Rights Week, which include increasing individual and public awareness of: (1) the impact of crime on victims, survivors, and their families; (2) the challenges to achieving justice for victims and survivors of crime and their families; and (3) the many solutions to meet such challenges.
Recognizes that crime victims and survivors and their families should be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
