Craig Thomas Rural Hospital and Provider Equity Act of 2016

This bill amends the Public Health Service Act and title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to:

establish, extend, reinstate, or modify various Medicare payment adjustments for rural hospitals;
establish a capital infrastructure revolving loan program for rural medical facilities;
allow authorized physician assistants to order hospice care under Medicare;
establish Medicare coverage for specified mental health counselor services and marriage and family therapist services;
create a grant program for state offices of rural health; and
modify other provisions related to rural medical facilities.
