Protecting Our Lives by Initiating COPS Expansion Act of 2016 or the POLICE Act of 2016
(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to expand the allowable use of grant funds under the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) program to include participation in active shooter training programs.
