Calls on the Attorney General to investigate and prosecute any U.S. citizens alleged to be perpetrators of or complicit in these crimes.
Calls: (1) on the President to direct the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations to use U.S. influence to present a Security Council resolution condemning the actions of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militants in Iraq and Syria as crimes against humanity, and (2) for the arrest and prosecution of individual perpetrators responsible for these crimes.
Calls on Iraq and other nations to identify individual perpetrators and individuals complicit in these crimes and take measures for their arrest and prosecution.
