To amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to make grants to States that establish and carry out programs to assist local educational agencies in testing for, and remedying, lead contamination in drinking water from any source of lead contamination at schools under the jurisdiction of such agencies.
No Lead in School Water Act
This bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Act to reauthorize through FY2022 a grant program for state programs that test and remediate lead contamination in the drinking water of schools and day care facilities.
