Medicaid Data and Benefit Improvement Act of 2016
This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to: (1) extend Medicaid coverage of tobacco cessation services for pregnant women through the first full year after giving birth, and (2) add requirements related to the collection of specified Medicaid data from states.
