To provide for the conversion of temporary judgeships to permanent judgeships, and for other purposes.
Temporary Judgeship Conversion Act of 2016
This bill converts certain temporary U.S. district court judgeships to permanent judgeships in specified U.S. judicial districts in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Texas.
