To prohibit any appropriation of funds to the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, and for other purposes.

This bill specifies that no funds are authorized to be appropriated for the programs, activities, or expenses of the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC).

(The SLSDC is a government corporation within the Department of Transportation responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the U.S. portion of the Saint Lawrence Seaway between Montreal and Lake Erie. The SLSDC is also responsible for regional trade and economic development. )
