To amend title 49, United States Code, to provide for overflights of national recreation areas where the primary recreational activities involve motorized watercraft, and for other purposes.

This bill declares that the prohibition against overflights of national parks or tribal lands shall not apply to overflights of national recreational areas where the primary recreational activities involve motorized watercraft.
