To amend title 10, United States Code, to repeal the prohibition on providing adoptive leave to each member of a dual military couple.
Adoption Leave for Military Families Act
This bill revises adoptive leave requirements for dual military couples to permit one service member to take up to 21 days of leave and the other service member to take up to 14 days of leave. (Current law permits up to 21 days of leave for only one service member.)
