To direct the Secretary of Transportation to issue regulations with respect to the size standards certain air carriers utilize for carry-on baggage, and for other purposes.
Carry-On Freedom Act of 2015
This bill directs the Department of Transportation to issue regulations to prohibit a air carrier charging passengers a fee for checked baggage from using a size standard for carry-on baggage that reduces the size standard used by the carrier on June 8, 2015.
