To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the deduction for start-up expenditures for business for 2015 and 2016.
Support Our Startups Act of 2015
This bill allows the increased tax deduction amount for business start-up expenses (defined as expenses for investigating the creation or acquisition of an active trade or business) for taxable years beginning in 2015 or 2016.
