To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish an annual rulemaking schedule for payment rates under Medicare Advantage.
Increasing Regulatory Fairness Act of 2015
(Sec. 2) This bill amends part C (Medicare+Choice) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to direct the Department of Health and Human Services, by regulation and in accordance with certain notice and public comment requirements, to determine and announce annually for 2017 and each subsequent year:
