To direct the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration to prohibit certain employees of the Transportation Security Administration from using the title of "officer" and from wearing metal badges or uniforms resembling those of law enforcement officers.
Stop TSA Abuses Act
Directs the Transportation Security Administration to prohibit any of the following employees who are not sworn law enforcement officers with arresting authority and who have not successfully completed federal, state, or local law enforcement training from using the title of "officer" or from wearing a metal badge resembling a police badge or a uniform resembling the uniform of a federal law enforcement officer:
