Constitutional Amendment

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment prohibiting the federal government, states, or places subject to their jurisdiction from denying persons the right to a fair and equal education. The amendment makes it the responsibility of the states, Indian tribes, and territories to provide a quality education to all persons.
