A resolution authorizing the reporting of committee funding resolutions for the period March 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013.

Requires each committee, by February 26, 2013, to report one resolution authorizing the committee to make expenditures out of the Senate contingent fund to defray its expenses, including the compensation of members of its staff, from March 1, 2013, through September 30, 2013.

Authorizes the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration to report one authorization resolution containing more than one such committee authorization resolution.
