Designates January 2014 as National Mentoring Month.
Recognizes those who are already serving as mentors and encourages others to volunteer as mentors.
Expresses support for: (1) the goals of mentoring to increase educational achievement, reduce juvenile delinquency, and improve life outcomes for mentees; and (2) the creation and expansion of quality mentoring programs across the United States.
