Prohibits the federal government from using a drone (unmanned aircraft) to kill a U.S. citizen located in the United States.
Makes such prohibition inapplicable to an individual who poses an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury to another.
States that nothing in this Act shall be construed to allow the killing of a U.S. citizen located in the United States without due process of law.
