A bill to clarify that the revocation of an alien's visa or other documentation is not subject to judicial review.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit judicial review of, or the hearing of any claim arising from, visa or document revocation. (Judicial review is currently permitted in a deportation proceeding if such revocation is the sole ground for deportation.)

States that this Act shall: (1) take effect on the date of its enactment; (2) apply to all visas issued before, on, or after such date; and (3) apply to any claim pending on, or filed after, such date.
