Sequester for Congressional Pay and Accountability Act

Sequester for Congressional Pay and Accountability Act - Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to reduce the pay of each Member of Congress by the greatest percentage by which the pay of any federal employee is reduced as a result of a furlough relating to the sequestration order for that furlough period.

Defines "furlough period" as each period:

• beginning on the effective date of the first furlough of any federal employee relating to a sequestration order issued under the Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act, and
• ending on the last day of the fiscal year to which the sequestration order applies.
