A bill to provide for the conveyance of certain Federal land in the State of Oregon to the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians.
Canyon Mountain Land Conveyance Act of 2013 - Holds in trust for the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians (Tribe) all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to approximately 17,826 acres of federal land generally depicted on the map entitled "Canyon Mountain Land Conveyance," dated June 27, 2013.
Makes that land part of the Tribe's reservation.
Applies federal law relating to the export of unprocessed logs harvested from federal land to any unprocessed logs that are harvested from the federal land conveyed to the Tribe.
Prohibits gaming on those lands.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Oregon and California Railroad public domain land that is located within a specified planning area and is approximately equal in acreage and condition to Railroad land that this Act conveys to the Tribe.
