To modify the boundary of Yosemite National Park, and for other purposes.
Yosemite National Park Public Access Preservation and Boundary Modification Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire approximately 1,575 acres of land adjacent to Yosemite National Park in California to be added to the Park. Permits such land to be acquired only by donation and only after the Secretary has disposed of, by public auction, approximately 1,575 acres of federal land under the Secretary's administration.
Requires the Secretary: (1) to administer such land as part of the Park; (2) not to prohibit recreational activities otherwise permitted within the Park upon this Act's enactment; and (3) within one year after acquiring such lands, to comply with a hazardous fuels reduction plan developed for such lands.
