To require passenger aircraft to transmit GPS location data.
Aircraft Positioning Modernization Act - Amends the Code of Federal Regulations with respect to flight data recorders to require that the Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinate information be periodically transmitted to a receiving facility at a time frequency of 30 minutes.
