To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the increased limitation on the cover over of the tax on distilled spirits to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend through 2015 the increase in the amount of distilled spirits tax covered into the treasuries of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
