To amend title 39, United States Code, to allow the United States Postal Service to provide nonpostal services, and for other purposes.
Expand Nonpostal Services to Americans Act - Expands the enumerated powers of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to include the authority to provide nonpostal services.
Removes existing conditions that limit nonpostal services to certain services offered as of January 1, 2006.
