To amend title 10, United States Code, to ensure that members of the Armed Forces serving on active duty who are diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injury have access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD) to furnish hyperbaric oxygen therapy for a member who is: (1) entitled to medical care provided through DOD, and (2) diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or traumatic brain injury.

Allows the Secretary to furnish such therapy through contracted private facilities.
