Honors Daniel J. Aldridge, Matthew C. Bowen, Donna Van Dreumel, Matt Gumbel, Darrin J. Hoines, Lew Janz, and Kathryn Powell who died as a result of the fire.

Expresses support for the efficient and safe operation of our nation's oil refineries.
