A concurrent resolution stating that it is the policy of the United States to oppose the sale, shipment, performance of maintenance, refurbishment, modification, repair, and upgrade of any military equipment from or by the Russian Federation to or for the Syrian Arab Republic.

Opposes: (1) the sale, shipment, maintenance, or upgrade of any military equipment from or by the government of the Russian Federation to or for the government of the Syrian Arab Republic; and (2) any effort by the Russian government to increase or maintain the Syrian government's military capabilities.
