A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require all wage withholding returns to be filed electronically.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require all employers to file wage withholding return information on magnetic media. Allows a waiver of such requirement for employers demonstrating hardship or having five or fewer employees.
