A bill to protect children from neglect and abuse on Federal property.
Federal Children's Protection Act - Amends the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 to require any person who, while on federal land or in a federally operated (or contracted) facility, learns of facts that give reason to suspect that a child has suffered an incident of child abuse, to report the suspected abuse as soon as possible to the agency designated by the Attorney General.
