All points of order against consideration of H.R. 1473 are waived. If H.R. 1473 is passed by the House, it shall be in order to consider separately in the House H. Con. Res. 35 and H. Con. Res. 36. All points of order against each concurrent resolution are waived. Each concurrent resolution shall be debatable for 20 minutes, equally divided and controlled and the previous question shall be considered as ordered on each concurrent resolution.
