Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that standing committees make available the record of recorded votes within 48 hours after that vote.

Amends Rule XI (Procedures of Committees and Unfinished Business) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to modify the current requirement that House standing committees make available the electronic record of record votes within 48 hours. Requires such votes to made available as soon as feasible, if not within such period.
