To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide additional aggravating factors for the imposition of the death penalty based on the status of the victim.
Justice for Public Servants Act of 2011 - Amends the federal criminal code to make the killing of a Member of Congress or an employee of Congress, or the killing or attempted killing of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other first responder, an aggravating factor in death penalty determinations.
